Amplifi Solutions is the commercial innovation arm of Dentsu, focused on delivering value for advertisers through programmatic and modern media strategies. The Sr. Associate will support campaign activation, monitor performance, and implement optimizations in collaboration with senior team members.

You will develop programmatic expertise across DSPs, participate in cross-functional activities, and contribute to the teamwork culture while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in programmatic/digital media.
• Experience in managing or supporting campaigns and optimization.
• Strong attention to project management and platform analytics.

Responsibilities

• Activate campaigns in collaboration with the Manager and senior leaders.
• Troubleshoot technical or campaign bugs and optimize to meet KPIs.
• Document progress and present delivery updates on calls.
