Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager in Germany to drive post-sales client relationships and user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will manage a portfolio, design and optimize campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, and provide insightful reporting to support strategic decisions.

Expect travel to meet clients as needed and a focus on growth and retention. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in programmatic advertising or digital media buying, strong client management skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying.
• Experience preferably in a DSP or adtech environment.
• Must be located in Germany.
• Strong commercial acumen and client management skills.
• Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and DSP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and post-sales client relationships.
• Design campaign strategies and optimize campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
• Provide reporting and strategic solutions to clients.

Job description

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, designing campaign strategies, optimizing campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, providing reporting and strategic solutions, identifying revenue growth opportunities, analyzing campaign data, leading client meetings and training, and traveling to meet clients as needed. Candidates must have 5-7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying, preferably within a DSP or adtech environment, be located in Germany, and have strong commercial acumen and client management skills. Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and DSP platforms is required.
