Job summary

California Department of Justice in Sacramento is seeking a Program Technician III to monitor, research, and analyze issues related to electronic arrest record transmissions. The role supports law enforcement agencies with transmission problems and requires deep knowledge of JADE, ACHS, and related California criminal justice systems.

The incumbent will prepare Monthly Utilization Reports, assist in developing training manuals, and conduct one-on-one staff training within a hybrid work

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of JADE, ACHS, and related California criminal justice processes.
Ability to analyze electronic transmissions of arrest records and report problems.
Experience training or mentoring staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor, research, and analyze problems with electronic arrest record transmissions.
Provide consultation to submitting law enforcement agencies on transmission and reporting issues.
Prepare Monthly Utilization Reports (MUR) and assist in training material development; conduct one-on-one training.
