Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program Team Lead for the Gulf Coast Region.

This exempt role provides leadership and support to staff focused on helping participants gain and retain employment, while delivering outstanding customer service. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage caseloads and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Career counseling/customer service experience required
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated telephone, computer, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to staff in gaining and retaining employment.
• Perform bi-weekly caseload reconciliations for staff.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings to discuss improvements/goals.
• Ensure consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up per contract.
• Prepare project reports and monthly Docushare uploads.
