Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, human services, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in public administration or related field, with at least 1 year in management or supervisory roles.
Travel up to 50% regionally to provide system-wide support.

Responsibilities

Support program leaders in developing and implementing track strategies to meet performance goals.
Assist Program Director with grants, projects and initiatives related tasks.
Provide regular project status updates and reports as requested.
Oversee data management, service delivery, and customer flow enhancements.
Supervise assigned personnel and implement disciplinary actions when needed.
Develop contracts and manage vendor and agency partnerships.
Support staff onboarding and ongoing training.
