EDSI is seeking a Program Team Lead for the Gulf Coast region. You will lead staff delivering employment services, ensure strong customer service, and guide case management to achieve contract goals.

You will conduct bi-weekly caseload reconciliations, supervise performance, provide training for new hires, and support reporting while coordinating participant retention and attendance improvements to help clients gain stable employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus leadership experience.
• Experience in career counseling or customer service is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard software.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one guidance to participants to remove barriers to employment.
• Support staff to meet contract goals and deliver high-quality service.
• Perform bi-weekly caseload reconciliations for staff.
• Create solutions to attendance problems and improve engagement.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings to share best practices and set goals.
• Ensure ongoing case management and post-placement follow-up.
• Assist leadership with process improvements and project reporting.
• Complete monthly Docushare uploads to track performance.
• May provide case management based on demand.
