The Salvation Army Northern Division Minneapolis Parkview Corps is hiring for a Program Support Staff member to help run day-to-day programs, assist with seasonal campaigns, and support social services activities. The role is fully in-person with a 40-hour work week and requires clear communication, teamwork, and basic recordkeeping.
Starting pay is $16.37 per hour, with responsibilities across operations, events, outreach, and data management.

The Program Support Staff supports day-to-day programs and services through participant assistance, program coverage, event and seasonal support, Corps and community outreach activities, and social services support. The position works across program areas to help ensure activities and services operate smoothly and effectively. Flexibility is essential, as responsibilities and schedules may shift based on program, seasonal, and operational needs.
