The Salvation Army Northern Division Minneapolis Parkview Corps is seeking a Program Support Staff member to assist with day-to-day operations, events, and community outreach in a fully in-person role in Minneapolis. The position supports food pantry efforts and social services, ensuring smooth program execution and participant satisfaction.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, background checks, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and scheduling skills.

The Program Support Staff supports day-to-day programs and services through participant assistance, program coverage, event and seasonal support, Corps and community outreach activities, and social services support. The position works across program areas to help ensure activities and services operate smoothly and effectively. Flexibility is essential, as responsibilities and schedules may shift based on program, seasonal, and operational needs.
$16.37 per hour
40 hours per week, occasional weekends and evenings
