At Pathways to Community (PTC), we’re hiring a Program Support Professional III who’s ready to bring energy, compassion, and care to every shift. This unique role offers the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities one‑on‑one and in small group settings—while also getting out into the community for weekend events, and activity outings.

Position Title: Program Support Professional II

Schedule: Availability to be scheduled to work between 8:00am–9:00pm Monday-Friday

Position Type: Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteed

Compensation: $18.75 per hour

Location: Twin cities metro area

In this role you will be making a difference by:

  • Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence.
  • Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program.
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.
  • Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
  • Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed).

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Carry a valid driver’s license
  • Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car)
  • Hold an acceptable driving record.
  • Possess strong English communication skills.
  • Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
  • Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
