Position Title

Program Support Professional III

Schedule

You choose 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday) you’re available to be scheduled to work between 2:00 pm–9:00 pm. Every weekend, full availability is required from Saturday 8:00 am to Sunday 9:00 pm.

Position Type

Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteed

Compensation

$20.50 per hour

In this role you will be making a difference by

• Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence.
• Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In‑Home Support and our weekend Respite Program.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.
• Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well‑being.
• Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company‑provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed).

To be considered for this role you must

• Carry a valid driver’s license
• Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car)
• Hold an acceptable driving record.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
