Job summary

Pathways to Community is seeking Crisis Support Professionals to join our compassionate team in a variety of shifts. This is a full-time or part-time role with generous benefits and competitive hourly pay.

In this role you will support individuals with daily needs, administer medications, assist with meals and transportation, and provide safe supervision across our Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park and North St. Paul locations. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to float between Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, North St. Paul as needed.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Pass DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
  • Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities required.

Crisis Support Professional Openings:

Friday-Sunday 4:00pm-10:00pm
Monday-Wednesday 4:00pm-10:00pm
7 days on/ 7 days off Thursday-Thursday 10:00pm-8:00am

Compensation: $21 per hour Monday- Friday/ $23.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

In this role you will be making a difference by:
  • Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares as needed
  • Administering medications
  • Cooking and light housekeeping
  • Provide constant supervision
  • Transportation to appointments and community events
To be considered for this role you must:
  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to float between houses in Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and North St. Paul as needed.
  • Hold an acceptable driving record
  • Possess strong English communication skills
  • Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
  • Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
