Job summary

Pathways to Community is hiring Crisis Support Professionals in Minnesota. Roles include supporting individuals with daily needs, administering medications, cooking, and transportation to events. Shifts are evening-based, with Friday–Sunday and Monday–Wednesday options.

Compensation is $21/hour on weekdays and $23/hour on weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and be able to work across multiple locations in the area.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Must carry a valid driver’s license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.

Crisis Support Professional Openings:

Friday-Sunday 4:00pm-10:00pm
Monday-Wednesday 4:00pm-10:00pm

Compensation: $21 per hour Monday- Friday/ $23.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

In this role you will be making a difference by:

• Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares as needed
• Administering medications
• Cooking and light housekeeping
• Provide constant supervision
• Transportation to appointments and community events

To be considered for this role you must:

• Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to float between houses in Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and North St. Paul as needed.
• Hold an acceptable driving record
• Possess strong English communication skills
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
