Program Support Professional I – Full Time

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join Pathways to Community. You will be part of a servant‑leadership culture that powers higher quality of care for our clients.

Availability: Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm (35 hours)
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
Vehicle: Company vehicle for work‑related and personal use OR $100 monthly stipend
Location: Float position across Twin Cities metro area (Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, Scott, Anoka, Washington Counties)

In this role you will be making a difference by:

• Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal care
• Administering medications
• Cooking and housework
• Providing constant supervision
• Transportation to appointments and community events

To be considered for this role you must:

• Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
• Hold an acceptable driving record
• Possess strong English communication skills
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Must be willing to work anywhere within Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, Scott, Anoka, and Washington Counties
