Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Program Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. The role involves facilitating communication within the team, supporting people served, and managing housing vouchers for the assigned teams.

You will ensure Medicaid billing forms and documentation are submitted timely to the Interim Managing Entity. The position offers a structured environment with opportunities for growth, training, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent is required.
• Speak, read and write English (Spanish language preferred).
• Associates Degree or Administrative Assistant/Business School Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates communication among team members and people served as initial point of contact.
• Oversees all housing vouchers for the assigned team(s).
• Ensures Medicaid billing forms and documentation are submitted to the Interim Managing Entity.
