Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Program Manager of Individual Supports to lead an In-Home Supports or Community Supports program. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and effective staffing while coordinating medical appointments for participants.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and at least five years supporting individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities and psychiatric disabilities, three years supervisory/administrative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the program and ensure performance standards are met.
• Ensure program, agency, and accreditation standards are maintained for quality of care.
• Coordinate staffing, hiring, and per diem/relief staff as needed.
• Assist participants with medical and clinical appointments, including transportation.
• Provide leadership to staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Promote staff development through coaching and training.
• Monitor quality of services and regulatory compliance.
• Manage program budgets and reporting.
• Build relationships with funding sources, community groups, families, and other service providers.
