Amego in Attleboro, MA is seeking an Entry Level Program Support Coordinator to join our team in a Full Time role. The position provides administrative, coordination, and follow up support to the Director of Program Support Services and Adult Services programs.

Responsibilities include gathering and organizing information, documentation, benefits support, referrals, routine communication, and ensuring requests are followed through. Salary range is $43,000 to $45,000 per year, with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience in human services, healthcare, benefits, case coordination, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, computer, and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and track documentation for individuals and Program Support Services.
• Assist with admission, intake documentation, and transitions.
• Coordinate benefit applications and information sharing with families and providers.
• Respond to routine questions and gather information for the Director as needed.
• Provide administrative support for hospitalizations, transitions, and follow-up needs.
