Job summary

Amego Inc. in Attleboro, MA is seeking a qualified and caring Residential Services Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the assigned group home.

Responsibilities include maintaining health, safety, and human rights; supervising staff; coordinating services such as ABA/PBS plans and client finances; ensuring communication with guardians and agencies; and managing scheduling and budgets.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in human services or 2+ years' experience.
• Experience with ABA Therapy, PBS, and physical restraint procedures.
• First Aid and CPR certification (AHA) required or obtainable.
• MAP certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety and human rights of individuals and staff at all times.
• Oversee daily operations of the residential setting.
• Maintain open communication with guardians, government agencies and management at all times.
• Supervise residential staff providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance.
• Coordinate services including behavior support plans, client financial responsibilities and health/dietary plans.
• Oversee operations for assigned programs including scheduling, outings, appointments and client finances.
