Qualifications

  • 27" or larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse to use with the company-issued laptop.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check.
  • Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Suite and/or business management software.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to document required information and implement specialized protocols and program presentations.
  • Ability to analyze documents, identify issues, and improve productivity.
  • Flexibility to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Caregiving and office experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a corporate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Train for the position of Program Manager within the DDA Department.
  • Oversee care and maintain compliance with state and agency requirements.
  • Provide pre-service and in-service training.
  • Monitor and verify required community visits, fire/storm drills, and evacuation plans.
  • Facilitate monthly PCSP/ISP reviews.
  • Cooperate with incident/reportable event investigations.
  • Develop and implement correction action plans (CAP).
  • Complete weekly and monthly audits.
  • Complete monthly site visits.
  • Request documentation and enter client demographics into PHS upon admission.
  • Ensure 24-hour visits are completed according to policy.
  • Ensure staffing and in-service plans are complete.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
  • Develop annual schedules for evacuation drills, medical appointments, reports, and meetings.
  • Maintain program books and clients’ permanent files according to policy and procedure.
  • Update client emergency contacts, personal records, health care plans, and program staff contact lists.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and team members and respond promptly during business hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
