Job description

Responsibilities

• Support outreach efforts to community organizations, workforce agencies, schools, libraries, churches, and referral partners
• Assist with recruitment for emerging technology pathways including Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, IT Support, and Application Development programs
• Help coordinate community presentations and partner events
• Conduct follow-up communication with prospective students and alumni
• Assist with alumni tracking by collecting data for reporting
• Support data collection efforts using Salesforce and Excel
• Assist staff with training support activities and outreach materials
• Help identify volunteer and partnership opportunities for trainees
• Support event planning for networking and alumni engagement
• Participate in partner meetings and document follow-up tasks
• Assist with social media outreach and highlighting success stories

Requirements

• Ability to support outreach efforts to community organizations and agencies
• Skill in assisting with recruitment efforts for technology pathways
• Capable of conducting follow-up communication with prospective students and alumni
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Experience in data collection and reporting
• Ability to assist staff in identifying outreach materials and community resource documentation
• Skill in supporting planning for networking events and community initiatives
• Capacity to participate in meetings and document action items
• Capability in social media outreach and storytelling
