Rubicon Programs in Oakland, CA, seeks a Program Support Assistant to handle reception, admin tasks, and customer service for the Center of Reentry Excellence (CORE). The role includes supporting the Office Manager and coordinating at multiple CORE sites.

The Program Support Assistant performs general reception, administrative support, and customer service activities for the Center of Reentry Excellence (CORE). A significant component of their work is providing support to the CORE Office Manager for the effective coordination of necessary administration at both CORE’s main and satellite sites. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the CORE Office Manager.
