Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to lead and mentor the case management team in applying Sanctuary Model of Care principles across programs. You will supervise staff to meet licensing and program requirements and coordinate intake, referrals, and aftercare with partner agencies.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or social services with 4 years of supervisory and case management experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of supervisory experience and at least 1 year managing others.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Child Welfare Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the case management team and apply Sanctuary Model of Care principles.
• Supervise staff in alignment with licensing, BAL, COA, and program requirements.
• Assign cases equitably, develop manuals, hire and train staff, and conduct supervision meetings.
• Coordinate intake, referrals, discharge planning, and aftercare services with partners.
