Job summary

Valeris seeks a Program Supervisor to lead reimbursement and admin activities within our clinical services group. You will guide daily operations, mentoring staff, and coordinating with the Program Manager to meet service goals.

You will engage with patients and providers on coverage, prior authorizations, and appeals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and SOP adherence across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years in reimbursement/insurance preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a service-driven environment.
• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit methodologies and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, coaching, and scheduling for subordinates.
• Coordinate between Program Manager and team; prepare reports on productivity.
• Oversee reimbursement support, analyze needs, and improve processes.
• Advise patients and providers on coverage and prior authorizations.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals; support client audits.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and escalate complex reimbursement issues.
