Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Edenton, NC is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in their homes. The role requires supervision of direct care staff, development of individualized plans, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area is required. The position offers a salaried schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Qualified Professional credentialing required.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and insurability.
• Reliable transportation to cover program area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff and ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Oversee person-centered services to promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
