Easterseals PORT Health seeks a compassionate Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in Winterville, NC. Regular travel within the area is required to meet client needs.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting individualized service plans, with a strong focus on safety, autonomy, and engagement. Full-time salary with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
• Direct supervision of direct care staff; ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards; support development and implementation of individualized service plans.
