Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Edenton, NC seeks a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in their homes. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and support development and implementation of individualized service plans.

Regular travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area is required as part of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by USDOE or CHEA
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
• Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and insurability
• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized service plans.
