Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Morehead City, NC area. Travel up to 1.5 hours within the region is required to meet client needs and ensure service continuity.

You will oversee person-centered services, supervise direct care staff, ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and assist in developing individualized service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and credentialing as a Qualified Professional.
• Must have valid North Carolina driver’s license and insurability.
• Reliable transportation to cover program delivery area.

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with IDD or mental health challenges.
• Directly supervise direct care staff and ensure compliance with standards.
