Easterseals PORT Health seeks a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide home-based supports for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Edenton, NC area, with travel to nearby locations.

The role involves supervising direct care staff, ensuring compliance, and supporting individualized service plans, fostering accountability, commitment, and caring within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Must be qualified to credential as a Qualified Professional.
Valid North Carolina driver’s license with good driving record and insurability.
Reliable transportation to cover the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health needs.
