Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority in Pomona, CA seeks a Program Supervisor (Peer Support) to oversee Peer Support Specialists across ICM Adult, ICM Child/TAY, and BHSA programs. Lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliant service delivery with HIPAA and funding guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in behavioral health with supervisory experience, plus Peer Support Certification and a CA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of increasing responsibility providing direct behavioral health services; one year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience in a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program is preferred.
• Current Peer Support Specialist Certification required at appointment and maintained thereafter.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, coordinate, and participate in the work of Peer Support Specialists in assigned programs.
• Evaluate staff performance, counsel employees, and support promotion decisions.
• Coordinate staff training on operations, policies, and trends to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare budget requests and monitor unit resources with management input.
• Provide direct non-clinical services; assist in difficult casework decisions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to identify community service needs and outreach.
