Job summary

ICL in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee mental health treatment activities under the guidance of the Program Director and NYS OMH. You will supervise case management staff, monitor intake, assessments, and service plans, and ensure compliant documentation and billing.

You will also oversee crisis intervention services 24/7, supervise staff meetings, training, and administrative operations, and maintain budgets and property accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in case management with mental illness populations.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to case management staff, including intake and screening oversight.
• Supervise assessment, eligibility determinations and service planning.
• Ensure documentation, billing and program records meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee crisis intervention services 24/7.
• Manage budgets and program resources with oversight on quality assurance.
