Job summary

ICL in New York is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee treatment activities under NYS OMH guidelines, including assigning and monitoring personnel and fiscal resources to meet team and program goals. The role ensures documentation and billing compliance and oversees crisis intervention services 24/7.

Responsibilities include supervising case management staff, ensuring quality services, discharge planning, and maintaining data and reports for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with at least three years of case management or supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing mental health program operations and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake and screening activities to ensure appropriate enrollment and payer identification.
• Supervise assessment, eligibility determinations and care planning with cultural considerations.
• Direct crisis intervention services and supervise case management plans.
• Ensure documentation, billing accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct staff supervision, meetings, and professional development.
• Maintain data, records and reports for audits and quality assurance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and office operations; monitor safety and HR processes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community relations activities.
