Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee multiple programs focused on individualized support for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will ensure program objectives align with budgets, regulations, and service expectations while performing direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in human services or related field
• Associate degree with 60 credits and 1 year experience in human services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings as required
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on location, daily access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs
• Ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance are met while performing direct support duties
• Contribute to a work environment focused on inclusion and community participation
