Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years in human services or related field.
• Associate's degree with 60 credit hours and 1 year in human services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with related experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
• Ensure objectives are met, budgets respected, and regulatory compliance maintained.
• Perform direct support duties as per program schedule and needs.
• Promote inclusion and community engagement aligned with Keystone values.
