Job summary

Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, seeks Program Supervisors to lead and oversee programs in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will guide planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring objectives, budgets, and regulations are met while performing direct support duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate's degree with 60 credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and work experience in human services or related field is preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within timeframes.
• Valid driver's license and, if required, access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform direct support duties as scheduled to fit program needs.
