Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.

The role focuses on inclusion and community participation, with responsibilities for meeting objectives and maintaining compliant operations. A range of certifications and supervisory experience are preferred, and a strong dedication to health and wellbeing is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of work experience in human services or related field, or an Associate’s degree with sixty credits and one year of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings as mandated by regulation.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills; valid driver’s license; daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure program objectives are met, budgets adhered to, and regulatory requirements are complied with while performing direct support duties as per program schedule.
