Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, seeks Program Supervisors to lead and oversee programs in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate's degree with 60 credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and work experience in human services or related field is preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within timeframes.
• Valid driver's license and, if required, access to a vehicle.

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Job description

Partnerships for People, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking Program Supervisors to join our team in providing individualized, person‑directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.

As a Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensuring that Keystone Human Services and its subsidiary programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as scheduled and according to programmatic needs.

Job Details

• Full time, non‑exempt position
• $25 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field
• Associate's degree with 60 credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
• Bachelor's degree and work experience in human services or related field is preferred
• One year of supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license and, depending on work location, daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required
• Successful completion of the pre‑employment process, including clearances and verifications
