Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensuring objectives meet budgets and regulations while delivering direct support. This full-time, non-exempt role pays $23 per hour and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with related experience, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in human services or related field
• Associate’s degree with 60 credits and 1 year in human services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree and related experience preferred
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Must complete required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within timeframes
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license; may require daily access to a vehicle depending on location
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs
• Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulations
