Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors 2 to join our team, delivering individualized, person-directed support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We focus on inclusion and building communities where everyone can fully participate in society.

As a Program Supervisor 2, you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of two programs, ensure objectives and budgets are met, and perform direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree with sixty hours and one year in human services
• Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred
• One year of supervisory experience
• Ability to obtain required Medication Administration, First Aid and CPR certifications within regulatory timeframes
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license and daily access to a private vehicle may be required
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation and evaluation of two programs
• Ensure objectives, budgets and regulatory compliance are met
• Perform direct support duties as per program schedule
• Promote inclusive communities and person-centered supports
