Job summary

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Supervisors to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.

As a Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in human services or related field; associate's degree with 60 credit hours and 1 year in human services or related field; bachelor's degree and related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone and subsidiary programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements while performing direct support duties as scheduled.
