Job summary

Greenbranch Recovery LLC's outpatient substance use disorder treatment program and First Responder program is looking for a Program Supervisor to lead the team! This position reports to the Regional Clinical Director, and oversees Greenbranch's substance use disorder treatment and mental health program.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule. The Program Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the intake department for Greenbranch Recovery; overseeing daily onsite program

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) with CCS.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferably with CCS.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) CCS and/or LCADC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake department for Greenbranch Recovery.
• Supervise daily onsite program operations and staff.
• Coordinate weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed.
• Arrange group coverage when necessary; intervene in crisis situations.
• Manage APNs (including OBAT) and liaison with lab vendor.
