Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks Program Supervisors to join our team in Cumberland County, Mechanicsburg, to provide individualized, person-directed support across disability, mental health, and autism services. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and hands-on duties aligned with program needs.

You will oversee program implementation, ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a focus on inclusion, growth, and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of human services or related field experience.
• Associate’s degree with 60 credited hours and 1 year of human services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and may require daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance while performing direct support duties.
• Supervise staff and coordinate program schedules to meet programmatic needs.
• Support inclusion and person-directed services across areas of disability and mental health.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of human services experience

Associate’s degree with 60 credited hours and 1 year experience in human services or related field

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field

Supervisory experience (1 year)

Effective communication

Proficient computer skills

Valid driver’s license
