Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within timeframes.
• Valid driver’s license; daily access to a vehicle may be required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone meeting objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule.
