Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead a team and support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role combines direct care with supervision and administrative duties.

On-site schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, with on-call as needed; a valid driver’s license and vehicle are required. Qualifying candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and oversee hiring, training, scheduling.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals served.
• Assist with daily activities, medication administration and personal care.
• Balance direct support with supervision and program activities.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities.
