Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee a team delivering community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will implement Individual Service Plans, hire/train staff, and coordinate daily activities and transportation to enable independence.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills to support daily living

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, medications, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Coordinate community outings and transportation to work or activities.
