Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee ISP implementation, supervise caregivers, and support individuals in daily activities, including medication administration and transportation to activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver's license with clean MR. This 40-hour position offers full-time schedules and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and oversee staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
