Job summary

Career Team in Merced, CA seeks a Program Supervisor to provide operational leadership for the Merced program. You will monitor performance, ensure service delivery, coach staff, and align with contractual requirements and goals.

Responsibilities include timesheet approvals, weekly check-ins, and maintaining thorough program documentation, while collaborating with the Team Lead to build a strong, accountable team and drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years in workforce development, case management, or related field.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WIOA program requirements, performance, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program activities and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust service delivery to meet contract goals.
• Track deliverables and ensure timely reporting.
• Approve staff timesheets according to deadlines and policies.
• Conduct weekly staff check-ins to support, coach, and maintain program health.
• Coordinate participant service packets and monitor spend-down.
• Serve as primary Merced program contact in Regional Director’s absence.
• Support staff coaching and case management practices.
