Job summary

Sevita's ResCare Community Living in Anaheim, CA is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered supports to individuals with disabilities. You will oversee ISP implementation, staff coordination, and daily operations, while ensuring safety and quality of care.

You'll supervise caregivers, assist with meals, medication, and personal care, and help participants engage in meaningful community activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and assist in staffing, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meals, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties combine direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community outings or transportation to work and activities.
