Job summary

State of Texas, Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division seeks a Program Supervisor II–IV to oversee teams, implement performance goals, and ensure service standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma plus a bachelor’s degree, three years of supervisory experience, knowledge of child support policies, and strong computer and communication skills. Travel up to 5% and Spanish language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree required with substitutions by experience.
• Three years of full-time experience in child support, management, or supervision.
• Knowledge of child support policies and procedures.
• Strong computer and spreadsheet skills; proficient in office software.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 5% and lift 30 lbs; work in-person full-time.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative and supervisory work under senior staff.
• Oversee team operations and set performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and customer service standards.
• Provide direct support and guidance to Child Support Officers and Technicians.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners to serve Texas families.
• Work in-person at the assigned OAG location; travel as needed.
