Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead housing and program operations in Brooklyn, NY. You will supervise staff, ensure confidentiality, maintain compliant program activities, and coordinate with funders and management to report on outcomes.

The role requires an MSW or LMHC license and experience with SPMI populations. Flexible hours and a strong commitment to CAMBA’s mission are expected.

Qualifications

• Master Degree, or Licensed Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field.
• License required for LMSW/LCSW, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy.
• Experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Develop and document all program activities.
• Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff and their subordinates.
• Prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff.
• Prepare contract reports and statistical information for CAMBA management and funders.
