Job summary

TASC, a Illinois-based behavioral health and criminal justice partner, seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead assigned programs, oversee Case Management and Office Support staff, and manage daily operations across a large region.

The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, continuity of care, staff development, and collaboration with administrators and community partners. Starting salary ranges are posted and contingent on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of human behavior for assessing substance abuse signs and symptoms; specialized populations knowledge.
• CADC preferred.
• 1+ years outreach related to direct client services.
• Experience in training or presenting at local or national conferences preferred.
• Knowledge of local treatment and service providers beneficial.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and follow-up skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and Internet; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good time management with proven deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plans, and coordinates work of staff within assigned programs.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of program management and office staff.
• Set work schedules and provide direct coverage when needed.
• Provide direct service to clients as necessary.
• Coordinate delivery of consistent, quality program services.
• Assist with development and monitoring of program budgets and contracts.
• Maintain program information and technology for effectiveness and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports to Administrator and external funders/partners.
• Serve as liaison to Administrator for program needs and operational issues.
• Provide guidance in resolving crises with clients.
• Participate in agency-wide work groups.
