Job summary

The Center for Human Development in Springfield, MA is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to lead a group residence serving 6 women with behavioral health needs. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, compliant living environment and supervising staff to deliver quality care.

You will train and motivate a team of direct care staff, participate in hiring, manage licensing and CARF requirements, and be available for on-call rotation as part of a 10-person supervisor team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for work use.
• Willingness to pass driving and background checks.

Description

Seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for a group residence serving 6 women with persistent behavioral health issues and some complex medical needs. house is located in Forest Park. Responsible for the overall management of the group living environment including licensing regulations and CARF requirements. Must have the ability to teach staff skills in working with people with various mental health needs, and possess the ability to motivate a team toward a common goal. Position would work on a team of 10 experienced supervisors, be in the on call rotation, and participate in the hiring of direct care staff. Previous supervisory experience required for this house. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle available for work use and pass the driving and background checks.
